This is our published business contact address. Do not send a return to this address without first receiving written return authorization and return instructions from Terraviqo.

The authorized return address will be provided in writing before the customer is required to ship the item. Items sent without prior authorization or to an unauthorized address may be refused or delayed.

When Contacting Us

To help us respond efficiently, please include:

• Your full name;

• Your order number, if applicable;

• The email address used to place the order;

• A clear description of your question or issue; and

• Photographs or video if an item arrived damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect.

Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, account passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Customer enquiries are monitored on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays.

Response times may be longer during public holidays, promotional periods, peak shopping periods, or periods of unusually high demand. To avoid duplicate requests, please send one complete initial message concerning each issue.

Order and Shipping Enquiries

For questions about order status, tracking, or delivery, please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and order confirmation.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 7–15 business days. Tracking information will be sent by email when it becomes available.

Returns and Refunds

All returns require approval before shipment.

To request a return, email support@terraviqo.com within 30 calendar days after delivery and include:

• Your full name;

• Your order number;

• The item you wish to return;

• The reason for the return; and

• Clear photographs or video if the item arrived damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or incorrect.

If the return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions in writing.

Terraviqo covers reasonable approved return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including change of mind, fit concerns, or ordering the wrong size or colour.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending an item back.

Payment Enquiries

For questions about a payment, charge, authorization, cancellation, or refund, please include your name, order number, transaction date, transaction amount, and a description of the issue.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Terraviqo does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Never send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email or contact message.

Privacy Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, submit a privacy complaint, or exercise another applicable privacy right, contact:
