Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through https://terraviqo.com are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and order confirmation.

Free standard shipping applies to every order accepted through our checkout, with no minimum purchase requirement.

After dispatch, estimated transit time is normally 7–15 business days. The estimated total time from confirmed order to delivery is therefore 8–18 business days.

Returns and Customer Support

Customer satisfaction matters to us. Eligible items may be returned by mail when a return is requested within 30 calendar days after delivery and the item satisfies the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or different from what was ordered, customers should contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Terraviqo covers reasonable approved return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including change of mind, fit concerns, or ordering the wrong size or colour.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back. The business address published below should not be used as an automatic return address unless Terraviqo specifically authorizes the return to that address in writing.

Our Ecommerce Platform

Terraviqo operates its online store through Shopify and works with authorized payment, technology, fulfillment, and delivery service providers to process and complete customer orders securely and efficiently.

Shopify provides the ecommerce and checkout platform, but Terraviqo—not Shopify—is the seller responsible for products, order fulfilment, shipping, customer service, returns, and refunds relating to purchases made through this website.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and authorized payment providers. Terraviqo does not ordinarily receive or store customers’ complete payment-card numbers.
