Payment Methods

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This Payment Methods Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed for purchases made through Terraviqo at https://terraviqo.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Terraviqo accepts the payment methods displayed as available on the secure checkout page when an order is placed.

Available payment options may vary depending on the customer’s location, device, order value, selected currency, and the eligibility requirements of the applicable payment provider.

Any payment logos displayed elsewhere on our website are intended to reflect payment methods currently supported through checkout. The payment methods available for a particular order will be clearly displayed before the customer submits payment.

Customers should select only a payment method that they are legally authorized to use.

2. Prices, Currency, and Order Total

Product prices, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before the customer submits an order.

Customers should carefully review the following information before completing payment:

  • The selected products and quantities;

  • The billing and shipping addresses;

  • The currency displayed for the selected market;

  • Applicable discounts and promotional adjustments;

  • Applicable taxes and other mandatory charges; and

  • The final amount payable.

The applicable product price and currency will remain consistent on the product page, in the shopping cart, and throughout checkout, except where a valid discount or promotion is applied before payment.

Free standard shipping is available on every order accepted through our checkout, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Terraviqo does not add undisclosed payment-processing, service, handling, or other mandatory fees. Customers may still be responsible for applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed charges where required by law and as explained in our Shipping Policy.

3. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment service providers.

Terraviqo does not ordinarily receive or store customers’ complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is transmitted directly to the applicable payment provider using secure checkout technology.

Customers should never send complete card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, account passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to Terraviqo by email, telephone, contact form, or any other message.

Terraviqo will never request a customer’s complete payment-card number or account password after an order has been placed.

4. Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance

When an order is submitted, the applicable payment provider may authorize or charge the selected payment method.

Successful payment authorization and an automated order confirmation acknowledge that we have received the order but do not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when Terraviqo confirms fulfillment or dispatch, or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance, subject to applicable law.

Order acceptance may remain subject to:

  • Successful payment authorization;

  • Product availability;

  • Verification of the billing and delivery information;

  • Fraud-prevention and security checks;

  • Delivery availability for the supplied address; and

  • Compliance with our Terms of Service.

A temporary or pending authorization may appear on the customer’s account even if an order is not completed or accepted. The timing for releasing a pending authorization is determined by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If Terraviqo cancels an order after payment has been captured, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined or fail because of:

  • Incorrect card or billing information;

  • An incorrect billing address;

  • Insufficient funds or an account limit;

  • An expired payment method;

  • Bank or payment-provider restrictions;

  • Security or fraud-prevention checks;

  • Unsupported currency or location;

  • A connection or checkout error; or

  • Other reasons determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If a payment is declined, customers should:

  • Confirm that the payment and billing information is complete and correct;

  • Confirm that the billing address matches the information held by the payment provider;

  • Try another payment method displayed during checkout; or

  • Contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider for assistance.

Terraviqo does not control payment approval or rejection decisions made independently by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

6. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Terraviqo or its authorized payment providers may review an order before fulfillment.

We may request non-sensitive information reasonably necessary to confirm:

  • The purchaser’s identity;

  • The billing or delivery information;

  • The purchaser’s authorization to use the selected payment method; or

  • Other information reasonably required to verify the transaction.

Customers should not provide complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or similar payment credentials in response to a verification request.

Terraviqo may place an order on hold or cancel it if:

  • Payment cannot be verified;

  • The transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent;

  • The information supplied is materially incomplete or inaccurate;

  • The payment is reversed or disputed before fulfillment; or

  • The order violates our Terms of Service.

If a captured payment is cancelled and a refund is due, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Payment Charges and Billing Descriptions

Customers authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the final amount displayed before order submission.

The description appearing on a bank or card statement may include Terraviqo, Shopify, the payment provider’s name, or another billing description associated with the transaction.

If a customer does not recognize a charge, they should contact Terraviqo with the order number and relevant transaction details before initiating a payment dispute, where reasonably possible.

Customers should not send complete card or account credentials when asking about a charge.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Terraviqo processes approved refunds within 10 business days after approval. After the refund has been processed, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to the customer’s account.

The timing of the final credit after Terraviqo submits the refund is controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

If the original payment method is no longer available, customers should contact their bank or payment provider for assistance. Terraviqo will not ordinarily issue a refund to a different payment method unless required by law or specifically authorized through an appropriate payment-provider process.

Return eligibility, return procedures, return shipping responsibility, inspection requirements, and refund conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions

Customers who believe that a payment was unauthorized should promptly contact their bank or payment provider and notify Terraviqo.

When contacting us, customers should provide:

  • Their name;

  • The relevant order number, if available;

  • The date and amount of the charge; and

  • A description of the issue.

Customers must not provide complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, account passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

We may provide reasonable transaction information to the customer, payment provider, or financial institution as necessary to investigate an unauthorized transaction or payment dispute, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Third-Party Payment Services

Some payment options are provided by independent third-party payment providers. Use of those services may be subject to the provider’s separate terms, eligibility requirements, privacy policy, account requirements, or availability restrictions.

Terraviqo does not control independent decisions made by payment providers concerning payment approval, account eligibility, credit availability, installment services, or transaction limits.

Nothing in this section limits Terraviqo’s responsibilities for accepted orders, approved refunds, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
